With Maket distrib, all the articles are controlled at arrival in our warehouse, and then before shipping. We know our products because we use them and we like them !

We have chosen Colissimo as shipping partner because of there serious and notoriety. Every package can be follow with a tracking number (to the border and then it will depend on your country partner) of monitoring and is assured in case of loss or in breakage.

Loss, theft and breakage are insured!

In case of damage on the external package, you have just to refuse it and join a local declaration.

The products will come back to the shop, and we will send it to you again.

If the product is not still available we will propose you a solution or a refund…
